I had some technical questions regarding the tensile withdrawal of the bolts.  Within the hour of my request, I had calls back from engineering and upper management with supporting documentation.
The team was there for us before, during, and after.  That level of customer service, the ease of install, and the product itself has me to a point I plan to offer superior walls exclusively on our custom builds.    Insulation already incorporated into the design, and having no need of additional waterproofing streamlines the process, and I couldn’t be happier with the level of service.

I did a good bit of research on the wall structure, installation process, cost, and integrity of the wall system. We received 4 quotes for 3 different types of wall systems (block, poured, and precast). KOI came in at the same price as block walls, and about 40% cheaper than traditional poured walls. When you match the cost savings with the better product, it was an easy choice. Working with Dave at KOI made everything run smoothly. He was always available to answer questions, provided a builder's guide to help us understand excavation expectations, and was there from site inspection to installation day.
